Long Help To use some of the important features of the website, a person has to have an account which has as a minimum a little contact information and an email address. The basic user can see the names and towns where other users live but has no email or phone number contact information. Paying website members have a higher privilege level and can view contact information of other members. The Add User website page gives a simple form asking for information for a new user, about half of which is mandatory. Because we will be holding different dances at different venues it is important to know who lives in which city and have their postal zip code. This allows us to best match dance locations with large groups of the website community and know whom to invite as guests.

The form has two columns, the left column has the attribute names which are links to the help page explaining what type of information is being requested for the blank or select menu in the right name. Once done filling out all the required (denoted by an asterix (*) after the attribute name) information, you enter the 4 digits in the captcha area at the botom corresponding to the image, and click the Welcome button at the bottom.

The form sends the new user a welcome email with their login and temporary password. The new password is set to expire in about a week.
